The following disclaimer applies to all attendees, organisers, exhibitors, sponsors and any third parties involved with CoinferenceX events and activities. Please read these points carefully. By participating in or attending any CoinferenceX event you acknowledge and accept the statements below.

1. General

CoinferenceX provides events, conferences and related services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information, we do not guarantee it and disclaim all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Attendees

Attendees are responsible for their own conduct, belongings and interactions with other attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and third parties. Any agreements, purchases, meetings or exchanges that occur between attendees or between attendees and third parties are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

3. Organisers & Exhibitors

Organisers, exhibitors and sponsors are expected to comply with venue rules, local laws and event policies. CoinferenceX will not be responsible for disputes that arise between organisers, exhibitors, sponsors or other third parties. Any such disputes must be resolved between the relevant parties and CoinferenceX will not act as arbitrator.

4. Third-party services and transactions

Where third-party services (including but not limited to catering, transportation, accommodation, or commercial transactions) are arranged in connection with an event, CoinferenceX is not liable for the quality, legality or performance of those services. Any contract or agreement entered into with a third-party is solely between you and that third-party.

5. Disputes

The organiser is not responsible for resolving disputes between different parties (attendees, exhibitors, sponsors or other third parties). Parties must resolve disputes between themselves. CoinferenceX accepts no liability for any claims arising out of such disputes.

6. Privacy and Data

CoinferenceX may collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We encourage all parties to handle personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws when exchanging contact information or other personal details at our events.
